Agents are responsible for ensuring clear communication with clients regarding the handling of transactions and agreements in their absence.
Agents are responsible for having the client under a Buyer Agency Agreement and sharing that form with the covering agent along with an Appointment of Agent Form.
New Policy Coverage Options:
______ The Showing of Property: UAS will still offer the showing of property at the time involved rate of $75 per hour. This is billed from when we leave for the appointment until we return.
______ Writing Offers: UAS will facilitate the writing of offers only when the Buying Agent has provided a signed Buyer Agency Agreement and an Appointment of Agent. The agent acknowledges and accepts that UAS has the right to negotiate all contract terms, including compensation. The fee for this service will be $175 per hour, based on the time involved.
______ Referral Fees: Agents can refer their clients to UAS Marketing. In this case, UAS would facilitate the entire transaction and pay the referring agent a 30% referral fee upon successful transaction completion.
