$75 hour based on time involved —UAS has agents that can assist you in licensed coverage based on availability. This includes showing property, listing property, writing offers, negotiating offers, negotiating settlement agreements, or attending closings on your behalf.
NOTE: Any offer accepted under licensed coverage must be managed by either a Comey Transaction Coordinator or yourself.
